WPA1 - Strategy, governance and management

D1.1 - D1 - EUt+ governance implementation, part one

This deliverable sets out EUt+’s strategic and operational transformation into a pioneering European University Alliance, linking vision to implementation through governance design, institutional integration demonstrators, and early operational results. It documents the shift from project-based cooperation to alliance-level management, supported by concrete tools and frameworks such as shared governance structures, monitoring systems, and capacity-building mechanisms. Anchored in a clear state of the art and policy context, it also places students at the centre of the alliance model, embedding participation, recognition, and scalability as core components of EUt+’s long-term role-model strategy.

As this deliverable is sensitive, only parts of it will be made available here.

WPA2 - Transitions and society

D3 - D2.1 - Mid-term audit of the establishment and implementation of ESG frameworks

This deliverable documents how WPA2 operationalises Transitions and Society within EUt+ through a structured ESG approach, embedding equality, diversity and inclusion, responsible digital transformation, green transition, and multilingualism across the alliance model. It presents concrete, measurable achievements, including the EUt+ FIT ESG framework, institutional EDI systems, technology impact assessment tools, European Values instruments for the European Degree, and multilingualism structures integrated into curricula and mobility. Grounded in state-of-the-art research and global good practices, the deliverable demonstrates how these transversal mechanisms drive systemic, inclusive, and scalable institutional transformation across all EUt+ member universities.

WPA3 - European curricula structure and students' mobility

D5 - D3.1 - Curricula structure convergence, part one

This deliverable documents EUt+’s progress toward a European Degree in Engineering through the harmonisation of national curricula, the structural embedding of student mobility, and the integration of work-based learning across the alliance. It presents concrete proofs of concept, including disciplinary clusters evolving into pilot joint programme architectures, a unified mobility culture, and shared frameworks for work-based learning that translate convergence into operational reality. By linking academic transformation with European competitiveness, employability, and inclusion, the document positions EUt+ as a scalable model for integrated, future-ready European engineering education that benefits broad student populations, not only elite mobility tracks.
As this deliverable is sensitive, only parts of it will be made available here.

WPA5 - Research and research-oriented education

D9 - D5.1 - EUt+ strategic research plan

This deliverable structures EUt+’s research convergence strategy through the coordinated development of shared instruments, including European Research Institutes, a common affiliation system, shared research frameworks, and alliance-level support mechanisms. It demonstrates how these interconnected tools generate a virtuous circle of integration, producing measurable outputs (EU funding, joint publications, common structures) and reinforcing institutional identity, researcher belonging, and operational efficiency across the alliance. Aligned with European priorities for the European Research Area (ERA), the deliverable positions research structuration as a core driver of EUt+’s long-term institutional transformation, supported by an adaptive Act–Learn–Adjust strategic foresight approach.

As this deliverable is sensitive, only parts of it will be made available here.

WPA6 - Entrepreneurship and innovation

D11 - D6.1 - EUt+ Entrepreneurship School training programme

This deliverable establishes the EUt+ Entrepreneurship School as a structured European model for entrepreneurship education, grounded in state-of-the-art analysis, global best practices, and a clear strategic positioning within the EUt+ alliance. It details an integrated ecosystem built on three operational pillars: educational programmes, mentoring and support, and the Business Hub Foundation, linking training, incubation, research, industry engagement, and innovation communities into a coherent alliance-wide framework. Through defined governance structures, scalable programmes, KPIs, and ecosystem partnerships, the document demonstrates how EUt+ is building a sustainable, impact-driven entrepreneurship infrastructure aligned with European innovation, societal needs, and long-term institutional transformation.

WPA7 - Staff engagement and quality assurance

D13 - D7.1 - Interim results of the staff engagement and quality policies implementation and guidelines

This deliverable reframes quality assurance as a strategic driver of transformation, positioning it as a tool for trust-building, convergence, and institutional Europeanisation within the EUt+ Alliance rather than as a compliance mechanism. It introduces a coherent quality architecture built around the EUt+ Standards and Guidelines for Harmonization (SGH), the Quality Guidelines for Joint Programmes, and engineering-specific European frameworks that together structure internal change while enabling credible pathways toward a European Degree in Engineering. By operationalising a Quality 5.0 / Total Quality Management approach, the document demonstrates how alliance-level quality systems can connect European policy ambitions to institutional practice, making transnational degrees, shared governance, and scalable student experiences both feasible and trustworthy.

As this deliverable is sensitive, only parts of it will be made available here.

WPA8 - Common digital services and data convergence

D15 - D8.1 - EUt+ data exchange formats and interface definitions

This deliverable shows how WPA8 builds a common digital layer for EUt+, connecting legacy systems across member universities to enable interoperability, data exchange, and long-term institutional integration. It presents concrete infrastructures for integrated education, mobility, and research, including the EUt+ Mobility Application, full digital processing of mobility through Erasmus Without Paper and the European Student Card framework, and shared Open Science services such as the EUt+ Academic Press and alliance repository. Together, these socio-technical systems demonstrate how digital infrastructures act as enablers of convergence, inclusion, and institutionalisation, providing the foundations for a resilient, fully integrated European University alliance.

WPA9 - Outreaching and communication

D17 - D9.1 - Interim report on WP9 indicators

This deliverable demonstrates how EUt+ treats communication and outreach as institutional infrastructure, embedding a shared European identity into the physical and digital environments of nine autonomous universities to enable long-term alliance integration. It shows the shift from project-style visibility to structural, permanent presence through systematic co-branding, unified global representation, and the occupation of “prime institutional real estate” across campuses, websites, and international outreach spaces. By evidencing how brand-based integration can function without a single legal entity or central authority, the document positions communication as a core mechanism of convergence, legitimacy, and institutionalisation in a European University Alliance.

As this deliverable is sensitive, only parts of it will be made available here.

WPA10 - Integrating the new member: catching up!

D19 - D10.1 - Onboarding Roadmap and Delegating/Appointing People

This deliverable documents the rapid and successful integration of UNICAS into the EUt+ Alliance, showing how a late-joining partner achieved full operational embedding without slowing collective alliance progress. It provides an in-depth, evidence-based analysis of integration through assignment structures, governance participation, onboarding processes, and institutional alignment, supported by large-scale staff survey results and internal transformation dynamics. Using UNICAS as a case study, the document extracts transferable models, determinants of success, and policy-relevant insights for scaling integration, selecting new members, and supporting systemic transformation in European University Alliances.

As this deliverable is sensitive, only parts of it will be made available here.

WPA11 - Dissemination and impact

D21 - D11.3 - Strategic Dissemination and communication plan

This deliverable defines the strategic DEC framework of EUt+ as a core instrument for institutional transformation, positioning dissemination, exploitation, and communication as drivers of cultural change, convergence, and long-term alliance impact. It sets out a structured, resource-based approach linking clear target groups, value propositions, channels, brand strategy, and exploitation pathways, ensuring that EUt+ results are shared, scaled, and adopted beyond the alliance. Conceived as a dynamic and evolving plan, the document embeds DEC activities into the professional culture of the alliance, supporting EUt+’s role as a pioneering, policy-relevant, and transformative European University initiative.
