Bachelor level
Overview and fields of expertise
The Mechanical Engineering bachelor degree allows the students to specialise in the design and optimisation of mechanical systems, structures, thermal machines and manufacturing processes. The degree has the added value of benefiting from the expertise of the partners in different fields, that allows more specialization options for the students. For example, students can benefit from UTT specialization in product design and advanced mechanical simulation; from RTU expertise in analysis of material durability and structural health monitoring; from TUCN knowledge in mechanical and automotive engineering design, from UPCT connections with naval industry, from UNICAS know-how in materials selection and optimization and from CUT expertness in materials science.
